Terms & Conditions
CLEANING SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT
Cesarz's Cleaning uses the client’s cleaning supplies to accommodate specific preferences and avoid potential allergens. Our cleaners will bring their own rags and brushes for effective and hygienic cleaning.
MINIMUM SERVICE REQUIREMENT
Each cleaning visit requires a minimum booking of three (3) hours. If additional time is needed beyond the scheduled appointment, it must be arranged in advance and may be subject to availability.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50.00 fee.
HOME ACCESS & SAFETY
Clients are responsible for ensuring that Cesarz's Cleaning has proper access to the home or business at the scheduled cleaning time. If our cleaners are unable to enter due to a locked door or other restrictions, the client will be charged the full service fee.
LIABILITY & DAMAGES
While we take great care in providing our services, Cesarz's Cleaning is not liable for any damage caused by the use of the client’s cleaning supplies. Clients should ensure that their cleaning products are safe for use on their surfaces. Any pre-existing damage or wear will be documented before cleaning.
PAYMENT & FEES
All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Any late payments may result in additional fees.

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address and resolve any concerns.
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Cesarz's Cleaning reserves the right to update these terms as needed.
